Ordering Seafood For Christmas Boil…..(Seafood Boil)…
Ordering Seafood For Christmas is the best rest you can give your self for Christmas. I had begun doing this in my home for different occasions, because seafood is very easy in my opinion to prepare.
- 2 lbs snow crab legs
- 1 lb large white shrimp
- 1 cup salted or unsalted butter
- 1 head of fresh garlic
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp. crawfish boil powder
- 3 lemons (sliced in half)
Oven should be preheated to 375. Take all of your seafood and wash it before you start to prepare the butter magic with its seasoning.
Once you have washed seafood, take the two sticks of butter, and add it to a saucepan to get closer to that brown butter sauce.
While melting the butter add in all of your seasonings, and also your cloves of garlic to fragrance the butter.
Once you have stirred the butter, cut the lemons in half, and throw them into the bag to.
Please DO NOT add in any water, the seafood will create it's own juices. Even if you think you don't have enough seasoning, you do!! Halfway through cooking turn your turkey bag over, so that all the goodness rotates.
Let this cook for at least one hour in the oven.
Melt butter in a separate bowl for dipping while enjoying the seafood feast.
Lemon pepper goes great with the potatoes, and corn.
