Fruity Pebble French Toast has been one of those dishes that I had to try. I enjoy anything that is super fun. Fruity were always enjoyed by my siblings and I when we were kids. They gave us joy, and honestly I think you can use any cereal with this type of bread. The bread that I am using to hold all of this together is ‘CHALLAH” bread.
Thinking up French Toast, and ways to enjoy this breakfast treat is a full time job! My husband enjoys breakfast way more than I do. I honestly think that it is the cup of coffee that gets me over the hump. I am always looking for ways to jazz up our breakfast time here in the morning.

Fruity Pebble French Toast….
Fruity Pebbles French Toast is a super simple breakfast treat that gives breakfast a real boost! Video instructions to follow…
- 1 loaf Challah Bread
- 3 eggs Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup ((depending on slice amount) )
- 4 cups Fruity Pebbles ((semi crushed) )
- 1 stick Butter (( for cooking, and the end) )
Take out 2 bowls and a shallow plate, and get them prepped for plating all the needed ingredients.
In one shallow plate bowl pour your heavy cream, and two eggs.
In another plate have your crushed, but easy fruity pebbles to dip your bread in.
I am using CHALLAH bread it holds up better, and works better in my opinion for heavy cream.
Add the cinnamon and nutmeg to the mixture with the heavy cream and eggs. Give that a good whisk with a fork or a whisk.
Take your CHALLAH bread and run it through the cream mixture, turn it over on both sides.
Next, run the bread through the fruity pebbles.
Place on a greased non stick pan for 2-4 minutes each side.
Serve with your favorite syrup.
This fruity pebble French Toast does hold it’s calories in fat! Be mindful of how much you are taking in. I tend to only eat a half slice of this, the CHALLAH bread is think and heavy.
