Sunday Snapshot are a great way for me to look back at my week, but it also a great way to maybe catch updates of things that may interest you. Wow!!!! what a week it has been here since I left school on February 12th. Guys, we weren’t going to return until that following Tuesday.
I am typing this up on February 18th, and still home. Don’t worry even though behind every thing happening, I am trying to rest often. Honestly, this school year has been weird, and so untimely. Between quarantining, COVID, and a winter storm that damn near took us out.
I have always felt like I am a great planner by nature. Well, this 12 degree winter weather almost took me out. Guys, I have to say that as a nation as a whole we have to be more sensitive too others despair.
People are experiencing things that have never had this type of feeling. Families lost power, food, loved ones :(, and homes in totality. Remember that life is short, love on your people, and give others grace.
Sunday Snapshot Reset…..
I chose Sunday’s as my day of reflection so that we have time to reset, and gather all of our thoughts for a moment of reflection. Like I said, “Food Blogging” is another way for me to enjoy doing this at home, and bring unique recipes to my family. They enjoy all the oddities and treats that come their way.
I love sharing my meal plans with you guys, all things that will help you move along accordingly.
Let’s jump into all things…
Snapshots of My Beauty This Week….
I have my eye on this makeup palette, love the neutral colors, but it’s so good. I would love this palette too, for more videos to come. I fill in my brows and don’t quite have the microblading money to get them off without a hitch. These are my favorite brow pencils this one, and this one. Here is a quick video of a beauty video I shared to my Pinterest page.
We have been really cooking up a ton this week in the kitchen. We were fortunate enough to have power, and cook. Although, we were still very mindful of how much food we were going through it is scarce out here in our neck of the woods.
Also, take into consideration of others, and what they bare. My next door neighbor lives alone, so cooking a big pot of chicken soup included her too. She was extremely happy to be included and thought of. Guys remember it is the small things.
