Fajita pan chicken is one of those dishes that you just can’t run from folks. It is easy, effortless, and requires little effort on your part I promise. I will always love dressing up my fajita chicken because it is just a low-key dressy dish. Since being a busy school teacher, I need those entrees that don’t take up my entire night. I need to get in and out of that kitchen. My life can really get busy, and it takes a lot of time to be just that, “A GOOD TEACHER”!!
Which Chicken To Purchase ???
I am usually not on the fence about which chicken to purchase, or stand strong about any one of them. I normally can reproduce this recipe with chicken breasts cut into strips, or just purchase the strips they are great too. If you have breasts in the freezer use those, and work with what you have. This dish is very unfussy, and does not need a lot of attention I promise. Being a school teacher my meals have to be quick, and ready in about 30-40 minutes.

Fajita Pan Chicken Other Choices????
Fajita pan chicken is just of the many choices that you can have with this dish. I can create fajita pan tacos, or use the chicken on a great baked potato. You could also create a Spanish rice dish, and place the chicken into the top of the rice, and voila!!! There are endless ways that this can be done, and there isn’t a such thing as a wrong way. My family is unbothered when I choose dishes that are actually very comforting. I don’t have a huge amount of time to stay posted up in the kitchen, but 45 minutes is usually my sweet spot. This is one of my favorite dishes which is a blast from the past here.
