Biscuits that are stuffed, oh my!! are that easy….I am always on the hunt for a really good, quick breakfast item. Breakfast is one of those things that goes strong in our house. My husband loves a good breakfast that has to do with pancakes, waffles, French-toast, and syrup! He loves anyone of those food groups that will satisfy him through the morning hours. I don’t mind making a big breakfast it last for hours in my guys. Breakfast is so versatile, and it gives our family many options to have our fix.
I can’t wait to have you guys see my crispy breakfast potatoes, they are to die for. They are still soft on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. They give the perfect balance to the most perfect breakfast potato.
Kitchen Staples…
There are things in your kitchen that will always serve as your staples. These things are things that you tend to use up, or freely all of the time. I have so many staples that I like to leave on hand, and I honestly do reach for these things always. Having this can of biscuits to make stuffed biscuits, makes these biscuits not be boring. Oh yes!! We can buy the can of biscuits, but what of other ways can we enjoy them?
Stuffing Biscuits With Anything….
You can stuff these biscuits with anything that you like! If you have bacon, eggs, sausage, peppers, potatoes, pesto, avocado, etc… There is not a wrong way to have these stuffed breakfast biscuits. My family likes when I offer them variety, so I give them variety. Let me know if you decide to make these I love hearing how your cooking.
Stuffed Breakfast Biscuits….
A simple breakfast that brings lots of flavor.
- 8 Grands Biscuits
- 8 Eggs (Scrambled)
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup Cheese of Any Kind (your favorite)…
- 6 Slices of Maple Bacon, Or Smoked Bacon
- 1/2 cup melty butter for biscuits…
Scramble your eggs to perfection… (or have them the style you like)
Pull biscuits apart in half, they can be pulled apart to make a top and bottom.
Make sure to roll the biscuits out flat, but not too thin. Stuff them with all of your goodies..
Add salt, and pepper to your eggs, and scramble to perfection.
Top your eggs with the melty cheese when eggs are done.
Cook biscuits in the oven, low and slow.
Spread butter on top when they come right out of the oven.
