Snickerdoodles are an actually super simple cookie that I recently fell back in love with. These snickerdoodle cookies are EVERYTHING, and simple all wrapped into one. I think these cookies are probably the most simple, and my new favorite cookie to make. My hubby is the real LIVE cookie monster, and he is all about his cookie game.
These snickerdoodle cookies are soft, think, slightly chewy, and full of that cinnamon flavor that we all know and love. These cookies are an absolute crowd pleaser! They honestly didn’t last no time, and my boys loved them!
What Makes The Perfect Snickerdoodle Recipe?
The texture of these cookies is perfectly soft and almost doughy. It’s like a cross between cookie dough and cake. These are the most simple cookie that you can really attempt. I almost get a little intimidated when I am beginning to make cookies. I never thought I’d think a cookie was so cute.
What makes them especially good is how they are slightly under baked, creating that doughy center. Once cooled, it has that satisfying break when you split open a soft but perfectly dense cookie. You guys know that feeling when you break open that soft, buttery, ooey gooey cookie?
